We work alongside individuals and communities facing systemic barriers, delivering legal support that empowers clients, strengthens decision-making, and drives fairer outcomes. Your legal expertise will contribute not only to individual advocacy but to broader systemic change—shaping a more inclusive and responsive legal system. If you believe the law can be a tool for dignity, equity, and lasting impact, we’d love to work with you.
Project Worker
At our organisation, social and community workers are at the heart of how we support and stand alongside people navigating complex systems. You’ll work in partnership with individuals and communities who face systemic barriers, offering trauma-informed, wraparound support that centres their voices and lived experiences. This is work grounded in trust, relationships, and real impact—whether it’s connecting someone to legal help, advocating for their rights, or walking with them through challenging times. If you're driven by justice, compassion, and the belief that change happens when we work together, we’d love to have you on the team.
Intake Team Worker
As an intake officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support—playing a vital role in creating a welcoming, respectful, and accessible experience. You’ll help clients share their stories safely and clearly, ensuring they feel heard and supported from the start. Working within a client-led and trauma-informed approach, you'll assist in identifying legal needs and connecting people with the right resources and services. Your empathy, organisation, and communication skills will directly support fairer outcomes and help reduce barriers to justice. If you're passionate about making a difference at the front lines of legal access, we’d love to have you on our team.
Volunteer Lawyer
As a volunteer lawyer with our team, you'll contribute to a practice that recognises the complex needs of our clients and works collaboratively to seek justice. We support individuals and communities navigating systemic inequities, offering legal services that promote empowerment, informed choices, and fair outcomes. Your time and expertise will help not only in addressing immediate legal needs but also in pushing for broader, lasting change in the legal system. If you believe the law can uphold dignity, foster equity, and create meaningful impact, we’d be honoured to work alongside you.
